A Succubus in Rapture (Dimmu Borgir keyboard tutorial)

Thanks! I almost always use guitar pro files from ultimate-guitar.com. There are a lot of them and they're freely downloadable. I then subsequently convert them to midi with guitar pro. Good luck!

In this video I used piano+slow strings and slow strings. More specifically, the terminology used by this keyboard is "Natural! Grand"+"Live! Strings" and "Live! Strings" on its own. :)
