They do it. I won't say all of them but mostly you'll see your seniors looking very polished and very well groomed up. I'll tell you my story.. just beside my hostel there's a 4th yr valon ka girls hostel and you won't believe everyone from our hostel admire our seniors especially for how they dress and stay groomed up whole day.

I can just assure you that in my college it doesn't go to that extent where someone is harmed or humiliated for not following the rules. You'll be scolded no doubt but no extremes. Even i am a 1st year student, sometimes i do have these questions but somethings you can't change by just questioning.

Heyy Alfia.. yess people are allowed to come inside the campus and meet you ;)) You get all the facilities to order, go to ATM with guards .. in a nutshell you don't face any kind of difficulty even if you're not allowed to go out. Rest all other facilities like big basket, grofers, amzon, swiggy etc are there to serve you anytime,anyday. hope to see you here soon ;)))
