I am hard pressed to believe anyone would put this design in their home...maybe it's a culteral thing, but I would be laughed out of town if I designed and fabricated this...but evidently there are some who love it...( who's to say you wouldn't feel the same way about some of my designs?) as far as creativity : I never saw anything remotely close to that valance design, so on a 1-10 scale, I would give a 7
