Scott, it looks delicious looking forward to the new book. Thanks again
Thanks Lynne! Hope you enjoy it once it arrives. Make sure to subscribe to my channel so you get a notification when I post the next recipe from the book 👍🏻
Homemade Garlic & Garlic paste:
Equal parts Garlic and Ginger and a little water, in a blender to make a paste then pop it in silicon ice cube trays and freeze
After a day pop the cubes out of the ice cube trays (silicon trays make this really easy) and store in zip lock bag in freezer. Each cube is around 1 tbs of garlic ginger paste. Loads better than store bought, and cheaper 👍
Thanks for the tip!
Finally remembered today to pre order the book!
Thanks so much Eileen
Tried this with five spice rather than curry powder and it was as good as my local takeaway. I diced the veggies in a processor as I have poor knife skills but this was an excellent recipie.
Amazing, just the kind of feedback I was hoping for when I came up with this. Cheers.
Made this yesterday and very nice, even our toddler enjoyed it although we had to use mild curry powder instead of the medium I would of preferred
Thanks for sharing! Glad you enjoyed it
Looks amazing and so fuss-free.
It really is 👍🏻
Hi Scott, amazing as always - where did you get your tools from though please? the kind of sqaure ended spatula you use?
Thanks Ian! The exact one isn't available anymore but this is similar: amzn.to/3V56fnh

@@ScottBaptie thank you so much for your quick reply It is appreciated. Best of luck with your amazing new book
Any idea when the book is being delivered yet? I pre ordered months ago, they said March, then April, not got it yet….😢
Hey Kirsty, it’s always been the 27th April so on Thursday it will be yours 🥳👍🏻
Hi Scott, recently got a email from Amazon UK that your Ultimate Hgigh Protein book ( that I ordered through them) will be delayed and I can expect mine between 3rd May - 31 Ma. Is this correct?
Hi John. I am told it’s not correct as they books are already on way to their depots, if not there already. The publisher is confident it will still arrive on Thursday next week 🤞🏻
@@ScottBaptie Thanks for the update
Scott what can I use as I don’t like Chicken
Hey Rhonda, turkey would work just as well.
Can I use beef with this recipe instead of chicken?
Don't see why not, although you need to use quick cooking beef like rump or sirloin etc. I do and usually use rump but any good quality quick cooking beef should be fine. Just cut it really thinly against the grain.
Agreed
