That's our home course. My 2 daughters are future college golfers and are inspired by you. We are big fans and would love to play with you one day. Anaheim Hills GC is a fun course. My girls love the great practice putting green and chipping green. We also enjoy all of your videos...thanks for the great golf content.
I dont even play real golf. I play fling golf. Played the same way, same course, different tool. But i still enjoy ur videos because u talk thru ur course strategy. Im shooting 85ish trying to break 80. Ur videos help me with decision making. Love it. ❤
Yes I think that everyone would love to have a game with you Gen. I know that it's more work but we love the shot tracer to see where you tee shots go! 😉
Good thing to get in a habit of doing from time to time, play later in the day. Especially if you compete. You don't want to be heads up against someone who's competed more than you and has more time playing in low light. Same with weather conditions. Put yourself through the paces, that way in tournament conditions you are still comfortable
Very good video, Gen, your smile and positive attitude are just contagious You played a tough course very well for it being the first time you have seen it. I look forward to your videos, they are so good. Thank you.
Cool course. I just cannot understand, there isn't a bell system on the course, so you know when the ball in front of you are safe. We have them many places in Denmark. Hear a bell ringing ? Then safe to strike the ball !
I use to play in company leagues and many times finished in the dark. Made some great putts that I couldn't see go in...Lots of fun with a few bears after the round, life doesn't get much better than that. I think it took you 13 holes before you made one of those right-to-left putts. All in all, not bad after some time off!
Go Gen! Big fan. So cool to see you at my home area to play golf. Its like watching Tiger play at your home course and be like 'woah the pros play here too?' Speaking of which, if you are still in the area, go play Dad Miller - Tiger's course while growing up. Lots of history there.
That is absolutely the best time of day to play golf, though you may have left it about twenty minutes too late on your start time. Great evening! Well played!
So weird that I've been watching you slaying it half way across the world and now you're playing at my home course! Hope you had fun. I always OB right on the first hole!!
I'm loving your videos as I'm learning golf and this course is just 10 minutes from my house! I'll definitely check out this course once I gain the confidence to play. Best of luck on your journey!
*Gen this is our rough course wish I knew you were going to be here SoCal I could get you out on Friendly Hills GC or Hacienda CC now your not wasting your valuable time waiting for Tiger in front to hit his eventual 110 yard 5 iron or Tiger in back of you rolling it by you on the fairway. Glad you at least hit up Coyote Hills let me know when you come back.*
hi Jen great video as usual , great insight into your golf management, also shot selection. i also have noticed you grip with the putter(how are you finding the change) great on you to have a good rest and break
@ 2:32 Q.May I remove an out of bounds stake? A.No, objects marking course boundaries may not be moved. If you do move one of these objects before you play and doing so makes your next stroke easier in any way, you must put it back before you make a stroke. If you don’t, you will lose the hole in match play or get two penalty strokes in stroke play (see Rule 8.1a and Rule 8.1c).
I recommend you head inland to Palm Springs as there are over 140 golf courses in the area. I personally recommend PGA West which has 3 PGA level courses that I know you will enjoy and find challenging. Try the Jack Nicklaus, Greg Norman and Stadium courses (each priced about $150 including cart). You can book online and I recommend early morning tee times. Enjoy!
That looked like quite a nice course, not the longest but actually pretty cool and nice looking. Did you enjoy it? I've been playing in the dark with friends and my phone flashlight a few times, that's so crazy but funny hahaha so definitely thumbs up for that Gen!
I always played better when I walked. Mostly because I hit the ball straighter and kept out of trouble. I have no idea why. I think the walking kept my mind clear.
Gen, when did you change your putting grip to the cross over? I noticed it in this video, checked your August and July vids and saw your traditional grip. Why? Putting and Chipping seemed to be your most consistent weapons.
Nice video. What do you mean when you said it’s going to the right because you are swinging so slow? Do you mean your upper body rotation is too slow compared to your lower body?
When I first started playing... If you shot an 8, you picked up your ball, wrote '8', and circled it. Sometimes my scorecard looked like a raccoon's nest. 🎱🎱🎱
Not a big fan of the putting grip. Seems like it is more work for you. Welcome to California! If you're up in NorCal we have some nice courses. Just saying...
I'm just gonna be honest with you..i started watching your videos only because of your short game and damn your putting..Now i realised you change your grip??your puttimg seems to change from good to not good according to me..this is my opinion only..not sure about you..lol..cheers

Genevieve, I've been studying golf swings for 55 yrs and I love yours. Go for your dreams, girl. I guarantee it is the most rewarding path.
So easy to watch I so wish I could hit my irons half as good as you...cheers mate
Thank you! 😊🙏🏻
Cannot believe you braved a walk of Anaheim Hills! What a tough course to walk.
Love the commitment no matter how much light is left Gen. Love the laughter, problem solving, creativity and the fun. Thanks for sharing with us.

I love watching you play. Keep smiling!
Great Gen...thnks again for All your effort an commitment
I have not played Anaheim Hills in a few years. The course looks like it's in good shape. Nice new putter. Good luck this week.
Thanks for sharing Genevieve...I pray your game continues to get to your liking.
Love to see you walking!!! It's something I wish I saw more youtubers do but I understand the equipment issue too. 😊👍
I know I'm old and color blind, but I had no idea your eyes were that green. The lighting really made them pop.
Real life golf. Thanks for sharing. Seen here in London, UK.
This is one of the courses I've played
the most. Great video
Those videos are getting better and better! :)
Yes I think that everyone would love to have a game with you Gen. I know that it's more work but we love the shot tracer to see where you tee shots go! 😉
I always enjoy your course vids! I have learned much about course strategy from watching.

Like the nature shots…. Little bunny friend. :)
Sometimes it's good to take a break and let the mind and body heal! That's a very good deal on a golf course!
Very good video, Gen, your smile and positive attitude are just contagious You played a tough course very well for it being the first time you have seen it. I look forward to your videos, they are so good. Thank you.
Woah red hair! Looks really cool!
Another good video Gen. That looks a very intresting course to play (and not just in the dark!), great value.
Glad to see Gen again.
Love your videos...great to see you playing California's local Orange County GC...Good luck.
Cool course. I just cannot understand, there isn't a bell system on the course, so you know when the ball in front of you are safe. We have them many places in Denmark. Hear a bell ringing ? Then safe to strike the ball !
This golf course is one of my best souvenir of Anaheim Hills. I played it 5 years ago in september 2016 👍
I never realized there were so many hills in Anaheim! Tough course to take on after a full week away from golfing. Thanks for the video!
I remember Anaheim
Hills a very hilly course that I would not walk.
I use to play in company leagues and many times finished in the dark. Hey #teamgen… send good vibes to Gen for the Monday qualifier today… ✌️🇲🇾☠️
Painful 4 weeks coming for Gen, not sure why she is doing this to herself.
So weird that I've been watching you slaying it half way across the world and now you're playing at my home course! Hope you had fun.
I always OB right on the first hole!!
Love this course! Great job out there
Good decision to take a week of rest. Enjoy life, and thanks for positive approach to golf.
I'm loving your videos as I'm learning golf and this course is just 10 minutes from my house! I'll definitely check out this course once I gain the confidence to play. Best of luck on your journey!
Nice to see a muni course. You had an awesome round for playing it the first time. Lots of blind shots out there. Good luck with your career!
Even with the bunny, Gen is still the cutest thing in the video 👌
Your journeys inspire me. Let's keep moving without giving up :)
Love your golf swing, if only I could!! Good luck this week. You look great in pink. :)
You made a tough course look easy! Love following your channel. Good luck on your golf journey! 🤙

Excellent video Gen. You guys are warriors! If you can, try some Nor Cal golf too. Sonoma County. 👌😁 🇲🇾
Gen you look like your getting some good California sun ☀️.
If you’re still in SoCal, check out Angeles National. Terrific test!
Amazing short game!
So glad you played a course only quarter mile away from my house.
hi Jen great video as usual , great insight into your golf management, also shot selection.
i also have noticed you grip with the putter(how are you finding the change)
great on you to have a good rest and break
I hope to run into you at one of the Southern California courses! Love following your journey with continued success!
Your new golf bag 🔥🔥🔥🔥

That tree on 1st hole. We all have been there
You had to fight for even par. Well done.
You need to add some kind of shot tracer for your shots. Much more fun to watch for your followers and me. Just a suggestion.
Hey, Gen, you should get a SkyCaddie or other GPS that shows you the layout of the hole.
This course looks more like the ones I grew up on in Long Island. Heavily wooded. Those trees gobble up golf balls!
pretty nice short game with a lot of good putts
Genevieve. I would love to hear your strategic thoughts, your ‘think box’ thoughts and how you are going to play the ball, not just direction.
Hi Gen, i just noticed...have you always putted with your left hand lower hand your right? If so, does it help? Just curious...
I noticed that as well! I think she changed three or four weeks ago!
The Golf Now app has specials at most courses
I recommend you head inland to Palm Springs as there are over 140 golf courses in the area. I’m thinking of going to Palm Springs next month. Are there any $50 courses you can recommend? I have a 20 handicap
That looked like quite a nice course, not the longest but actually pretty cool and nice looking. Did you enjoy it?
I've been playing in the dark with friends and my phone flashlight a few times, that's so crazy but funny hahaha so definitely thumbs up for that Gen!
wow. never played there but looks nice.
I have never been able to break 90 on this course and it’s always the back 9 that gets me, this vid gave me anxiety lol 😅
You should definitely look into the industry hills babe or ike course in Los Angeles area. Def a challenging and fun course
@Hobo Golf yup, the babe course is soo intimidating, but such an awesome course. Teeing off the first hole is definitely scary
Played this course a few years back. It's not easy at all!
That’s very dark! Any insight as to why are you putting left hand Low now?
Two requests. Can you do a 'whats in your bag' and also show us the equipment you use for recording please.
Are those coloured contact lenses?
Lol gen - you gotta play anaheim hills with a cart, not walking! You had a lot of subscribers in socal - should have reached out!
I like your golf dresses and swing.
I always played better when I walked. Mostly because I hit the ball straighter and kept out of trouble. I have no idea why. I think the walking kept my mind clear.
you must of been playing a twilight round it got dark quick
Gen, when did you change your putting grip to the cross over? I noticed it in this video, checked your August and July vids and saw your traditional grip. Why? Putting and Chipping seemed to be your most consistent weapons.
I was just there!
Go Gen :-)
Nice video. What do you mean when you said it’s going to the right because you are swinging so slow? Do you mean your upper body rotation is too slow compared to your lower body?

🎱🎱🎱
I had a 15 on one hole once
@@mmaranta785
That means you were honest.
Good onya.
@@TheBatugan77 I remember that day. I shot a 78. I decided not to play the other 9 holes.
@@mmaranta785
Been there bro!
👍👍👍👍👍
what date did you play at Anaheim Hills?
Reminds me of Tiger Woods at Firestone. Lol.
Good morning, Gen.
Orange County is beautiful, isn't it?
Should have switched to a glow in the dark ball. 😁
Were you putting left hand low before?
Must be the good food.
Gen 🤓 r u still hitting fades with the driver 🧐
Do you have a TaylorMade putter NEW one?🤓
I want to play a round with you!!
P.S. How long have you been cross-handed? Your putting was always so good normal too
Welcome to golf at sunset that amateurs have to do all of the time because so many other things going on in life (plus it is cheaper) :)
Twilight IS good value for abt 15 holes...... LOL
Is is it my imagination, or are you making more putts with a new putter?
11:40 wait, wait cheapest green fees? I pay $85 to $119 to play there now with their demand pricing. How much did you pay?
$450.
Plus tax.
Gen your in my town !!
wish I can invite you to a game if I was a better player :(
have fun ^_^
Not a big fan of the putting grip. Seems like it is more work for you. Welcome to California! If you're up in NorCal we have some nice courses. Just saying...
👍🏽
You really need to add shot tracers to your videos so it makes it more entertaining and watchable for the viewer!!!
I'm just gonna be honest with you..i started watching your videos only because of your short game and damn your putting..Now i realised you change your grip??your puttimg seems to change from good to not good according to me..this is my opinion only..not sure about you..lol..cheers
Another putter?....crikey, you putt like a demon, why so?
