GS750 , Suzuki’s first 4: stroke , it was actually big brother GS1000 that was legendary , until it morphed into the GSX1100 with the same motor but with a 4 x valve head and that was legendary as well.
Although the GS 750 never had the legendary status such as a Honda CB 750 or a Kawasaki Z900 it was the better superbike compared to the other ones in this categorie. It may not have the timeless look in stock condition but handles way better than the Honda or Kawasaki and was declared as the best superbike in this era. So in my opinion,it deserves to be called a legend.
Nope. The GS750 was legendary. It changed the landscape the way the CB750 did, 10 years earlier. The GS1000 is beautiful, and Wes Cooley won two years in a row on it, but most people have never even seen one. It's engine was a bigger bore version of the 750. The 1100 was a whole new design.
