Just took my exam and passed it on the first try. Thank you so much. This is the best channel on TH-cam for test prep. I was using the Kaplan material, but you made it so much more clear to understand. Definitely going to be tuned in for the 7 and the 66.
took SIE today and passed. Thank you for the supplement practice tests and your explanations, it helped alot . My test had 3 options questions and a few about the IRS. Finra wrote the questions so awkward, had to reread a few questions to understand exactly what they wanted. Looking forward to starting on series 7 studying next week.

Hi Dean , thank you so much for your valuable content. One of the ways I absorb your content is via audio. I have the paid version of TH-cam and I listen to you while at the gym , driving , running. Seems to work , I take the SIE on 11/5.
Hey Dean, clarification question on number 20 if you can get around to answering... The questions says to list the order in which claims are satisfied in a limited partnership, and you say that general partners are payed last, wouldn't that mean that B is the correct choice and not D? I believe that saying GPs are last in order of liquidation is descending order, not ascending. Anyways, I take the SIE Friday, wish me luck!
Hey Dean! Just took my SIE for my first time and got a 69. Missed by one point!! I believe I changed a few of my answers when I went back through my exam. Unfortunate results but I know I’ll pass it my second time with your assistance!
Damn. Good tesf takers don't change answers unless they know their first answer is wrong and know what the correct answer is. Your flash response or first answer is your best answer.

Hey Dean - thanks for doing these. I used ExamFX and the material is in an order that isn't friendly. You explaining key concepts in English with real-world examples helps a lot.
Hey Dean I got a 68% on my sie today. I switched a few answers at the end might have screwed me up. But I did not see any questions on stock splits I was so mad bc ur strategies were so good. I felt like the questions were odd not like the practice tests
That hurts. Sounds like a draw from hell. Good test takers don't change answers. Be a good test takers and don't change answers. Be confident your first answer is your best answer. Only change an answer if you know you got it wrong AND you know what the right answer is.
Hi Dean I failed 2x at SIE exam. 61 and 66% . I studied Kaplan and field the questions were more complex than Kaplan bank questions. Watching your videos now but scary to not pass the 3rd time and have to wait 180 days to try it again 🤯

Hi Dean thank you so much for your work! Would you say this test is similar to the actual exam? I got 88-90 on this one and your knopman exam video, would you say it’s a good sign for readiness?
Just curious my Kaplan book says “inspection rights do not include the write to examine detailed financial records or the minutes of BOD meetings” but I got the question about that wrong on this bc of that. You’re videos have been so helpful to me! I take the SIE on Monday feeling confident but not so much for the 7 😂
You have a right to quarterly financial statements. What question number? This exam is correct and you should go with this exam. Not sure question number you are looking at. Should be concerned with your overall score on this practice test. Should be over 70%.
Hi Dean, my question is about number 57. I am curious as to why the answer is not $5000. No where in the question does it mention whether or not the minimum is met, and despite the fact that the customer only owns 500 shares, he himself does not need to tender 1000 shares in order to receive payment. So should I assume that the minimum is not met?
for 68 why would customer purchase a variable rate bond if they are trying to mitigate interest rate risk? Wouldnt this make the investment riskier? I went with short term bonds but Im probably missing something obvious.
Question - on number 20 of this video, would the answer not be B? The question, at the end, says "in ascending order". Does that not mean that the most senior claims would be last?
Regarding number 12, am I just reading this wrong or is C true as well? To me, both A and C seem equally objectively true. but I think I may be reading choice C wrong.
No. Selling options must be done in a margin account with the exception of a covered call. Buying an option does not require a margin account. However, remember the house requirement may require it.
Hey Dean thank you your videos have been helpful. Qq, so I’ll be working for in wealth management and I trade stocks on my own would I have to let them know or am I good? Just wondering
