Beautiful. I only own 1 gram of gold for the very reason you point out in this video. I like to buy silver because it's heavier and just has a great feel. It's also a cheaper way to build that stack of those crazy apple.

@@365DaysofSilver Hello from Greece . 1 gram is very easy to convert into cash if needed at an exchange shop. also if there is a war it is much easier to exchange for food .. and if there is a curse the money is also easy to exchange for food for survival .. I think that 1 g is better than 2.5 g which is quite a bit more expensive. What do you think, what I say is not right . nice gold bar perth mint

Me too on my budget I can only really afford a 1g bar every other month.
Here is a question bars aren’t capital gain tax free so maybe when you get enough you could sell them for the amount of say a quarter Britannia or even 1/10th Britannia? Views on that ?

You sound very similar to me mate, I’m 33 and started stacking 2 years ago with a minimum plan of 20 years before cashing out. Realistically it’s a pension pot that can’t be shafted by the government or in another case, if I was diagnosed with a terminal disease, unlike a conventional pension where you wouldn’t see any of it, I could cash this in and pay for private treatment or a bucket list etc. hopefully in 20 years it will have performed as well as the last 20 years 🤞🤣

I'm not trying to be rude or disrespect espnof your process. However, you say buying 1 g bars or quarter? Ounce coins will be become very limited, possibly in the future. And harder to get I don't know if you're assuming that larger quantities will be available. But if the premium is higher on a smaller Amounts, then someone like myself would just melt down a 50 g bar. Sell it at a higher premium and then buy more. What i'm getting at is I think that the one ounce the five ounce bars are by far your best option

I free gold out of those certi-cards as long as your dealer has Signa Pro or XRF they are just as tradable for the same price as if they were in the card as long as the gold is in prestine shape. Also gold is not an investment its an asset class, so no matter your strategy to buy gold closest to spot you will not gain your premium back unless gold gets to close to 3K otherwise buy any gold you'd like in any denomination if your position is long. All your doing is transferring your wealth and holding it in precious metals, unfortunately we all have to pay premiums along the way so why does it matter if you like something you like it. You're buying at a loss anyway.
