Although true legal actions might not be taken locksmiths do have a very tight community especially within the local area. If you do things like this you will get listed and if you do it enough people will sue you for the loss of profits do to false calls. Giving the locksmiths the benefit of the doubt in the fact that they are truly licensed then they will care that you wasted a significant amount of their time and work day.
