Go to any Eastern Asia country. You will find 1 or more boba shops roughly every 1km in the city.

Using the syrup they cooked the boba in is a good way not to waste food. Most recipes I've seen, throw it away. And it means you don't need to add xtra sugar either!
At first, i thought i would never have the chance to try it...but, much to my surprise, there's a small YiFang stall near my area. Its just there on plain sight that i didnt notice it until now XD
So i tried this Mudflip Tea (they call it Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea here)...and its worth it OwO~~

I remember I got this for the first and and didn’t shake it, I already punctured a hole so there was no going back, I couldn’t stir it either

Yeah, I walked past their window store on Shaftesbury Ave one afternoon and couldn't understand why there was a long queue. It wasn't even a sit down venue. Now I see it was for the Mudflip. Pehaps I'll try some time I'm going past again. I'd have to be in the mood for it though, looks ultra sweet and milky.
