I don't want to be harsh but thus reminded me of a case in USA where a 4 year old was raped and died of that result. The guy was convicted and sentenced. His ordeal was not over because the prisoners where also waiting for him. They made him suffer and ecerytime they did him they told him him that imagine how that little girl felt.
Now they wanna put the blame on SA citizens for renting out property, if they (government/police) did not let them inside the country we wouldn't be here. It's like they expect landlords to be able to tell which passport/ID is verified😮
Unfortunately criminals have more rights than those of law abiding citizens. He will be enjoying meals at the expense of tax payers and even provided with a lawyer being provided by the same government at the expense of tax payers. He will even go to the extend of even bragging for getting everything for free.
Life sentence in South Africa is 20-25 yrs it is not a real life sentence. All South African sentences are not what we are told are. The justice system is pissing on the masses.
What I like is prison is not friendly to people who abuses children. He's going to regret the day he decided to come to South Africa illegally and committed that horrible crime. They are waiting for him

Give him a bail. He is a first time offender. The poor guy grew up without love,he does not know her mother and father. Take him to jail at least five years with parole after 4 weeks. Our prisons are full guys,we must understand. He must go to jail and have 3 meals a day.
