The song is 'Rinrin Ranran', released in 2019 by the Japanese group Akai Ko-en (which means Red Park). All their songs were written by their guitarist, Maisa Tsuno. Very sadly, she died in 2020, aged 29. The other members were Hikari Fujimoto (bass), Nao Utagawa (drums) and Riko Ishino (vocals). 'Rinrin Ranran' was their first record with Riko Ishino after Chiaki Satō had left. I only heard them recently, but they were a fantastic band. This guitarist, Nabe, appears to have uploaded guitar covers of 27 songs by Akai Ko-en. His cover versions of songs such as 'Koiki' really highlight the inventive chords that Tsuno put in her songs.
