Khao Sok is literally paradise on earth 😍 so glad you made it there! If anyone loves the look of it but wanted a bit more ‘luxury’ accommodation, you can do a tour with a company called Elephant Hills and they have the same vibe! The sounds of the animals in the morning and evening is like being in Jurassic park! I’m so jel 😍😂

Hi Molly, I’m following your journey and loving the content! I’m doing the same journey from khao sok to ko pangyan next month - how easy did you find transporting to surat thani (if that’s where you got the boat from)! Please let me know x
I stayed in the chillax hostel in khao sok and we managed to get a really cheap transfer all the way to koh samui, if not there’s local buses that go from Phuket thru khao sok the Surat Thani, I went from Phuket to khao sok on that bus and it only cost £4 :)

Hey!! Ahh thank you so much, tbh because we were on a tour it was so straightforward and organised for us, but buses/private taxi transfers run all the time & organising it isn’t too complicated, tbh because it’s a national park the staff working there were really helpful & get people doing that journey all the time!! We did get the boat from there tho & would deffo do it again!
@@hannahp5703 if you go to the tourist office by the Main Street in khao sok they can sort out a transfer all the way to Koh Phangan and it’s actually a decent price, it’s also linked with most hostels there it think, we did that and it was really easy.

We were on the right side when we went in 2018 (ages ago) and the beds were regular beds and power was on the whole time lol, also running water but they warned us it came from the lake so…

Acting boujee on a backpacker’s budget, the amount of passive aggressive complaints about the trains accommodation etc.
😂 are they not good for vibing 😂 my new saying now is “my plan is just to vibe” 😂
I didn’t enjoy the trains at all, am I not allowed to express that? They were an element of the trip I wouldn’t repeat, I’m only trying to paint a full picture for anybody considering this trip themselves, I don’t think that’s a fair comment, we’re backpacking in the way we want? Sorry if you don’t like it haha
She's spending her hard-earned cash on this trip - surely she's entitled to give her opinions? Plus she's vlogging her REALISTIC trip and how she's finding it. Nothing's going to be perfect.

Also the balloon game reminds me of my birthdays as a kid as we always used to play that back then 😂 Then one time I invited a couple of new people and they were scared of the game and suddenly all my friends were scared and didn't want to play anymore. I remember I was so sad 😂
