I’m good thanks, as you said you have got your offer letter now wait for their response, ecu will ask you to present your financial details and then will verify your details and proceed with fees and coe. And as per my knowledge if you are an Indian student you are not entitled to get any scholarship in ecu. You may easily get scholarships in other universities but not in ecu

Yes you can, but it's not easy to get a job on a tourist visa. Nobody will give you a job on Without TFN
