As a British viewer (who can't stand to watch DSP any more but a huge fan of the Doody content), I'd love someone to explain how someone pays $75 (just under £60 in our money) on sandwiches. Did he order 10 of them? Were they dipped in gold leaf? Were they delivered by Krusty the Clown?!
For some reason, things are very expensive in America. Fuel for cars is cheap and a few other things but that’s it. They earn more than us but everything costs more
In the door dash app the sandwich he got is $20.45. if he got two that's $40.90. door dash adds $15 in fees, for $55.90. Phil would have had to have tipped $19 to make it to $75. So while I don't believe he paid $75, it could've easily been $60-$65.
Btw if you go into the store the sandwich is $13.99
In America they realized laziness= pure profit. They charge you more for the food on food delivery services and add on fees. I would like to think Phil tips but thats probally not the case.
