Sweet Santoku. Your work always amazes me. I havent done any wootz steel yet but I would love to one day. How hot is the fire to get it to melt all those elements together?
You know, I just love the pattern you get on your knives. When I move into my new place I would like to talk to you about buying one of your kitchen knives. I would be proud to have one to use. Pat
Awesome work as usual dude, hope you stay safe. two questions, can you do a quick overview of your ingot making foundry and how many heat and beat cycles do you usually run before going to the press? Thanks again for the amazing content.
i love this, it's beautiful, and you probably know a lot more about it than i do, but I think you should have put some 10-95 dust in there with it due to the type of steel that the screws are. that's just my opinion though, i could be wrong. keep it up man!
This knife is absolutely beautiful, great job. I know that you channel name is FZ making knives but would it be possible for you to make a video on making a wood chopping axe. If so, thank you so much
Welcome back. So glad to see a new video. Many blessings to you and your family. Quick question: How long do you have to maintain the high heat to melt the steel and create the ingot?
Hola, veo todas las creaciones de este artista, primero calienta el hogar y, luego mete el crisol, carga completamente el hogar y, deja hasta que enfríe en el siguiente día.
The pres you use to flatten the steel is it one that you made or bought? We will be praying for you guys over in the Ukraine. Stay safe and keep those that are important to you very close. Thanks
Love watching your WOOTZ steel videos! But…. Why don’t you ever mix dissimilar metal types, for more pronounced patterns? Or if smelting them together wouldn’t work, making two different billets, and then pattern welding them together?

So what was the mix in this video? I recognized the graphite, and what appeared to be crushed glass. What else please?
