Hey girl heyyyy 👋🏽 that first apartment was really cute! I love the wooden floors. It looks very quaint. I was like you, at my last apartment for 3 or 4 years before I moved. My rent kept going up every year too 😟 now that I own my own home, I may sooooo much less! And it really didn't cost much upfront. . . Something to think about
I’ve definitely been thinking about owning more now than ever. Just thinking of how much I pay in rent, I could’ve put a dent in a nice home. 💛 thank you for that suggestion

Shaunte' B. I was suprised too. Maybe because they’re not “luxury” so you don’t get a lot of the amenities like a pool or a parking garage. I’m gonna do another video on some in highland park because it’s plenty there that they DO NOT LIST in guides 😩

I’m moving to Bessemer.. but honestly they don’t have much to choose from . I might choose Birmingham apartments instead
Birmingham has some nice apartments but they can get reallly expensive!! Try gardendale or Hoover/home wood since that’s closer to Bessemer.
I looked at all the ones you looked at. I settled for something closer to my job in Hoover.
That’s gonna be my next stop! They have some hidden gems! I hope you enjoy.! 🌻

So cool. Never knew where you’re located. I love seeing more about my social media friends. I love historic buildings. I live in one right now in L.A. I like the the last property too. The refrigerator is certainly weird and not a typical thing as I am a interior designer and know they cut some corners with that. But it was the best looking unit out of them all.

Hi! So the places were all leased by the same leasing company. The names of the apartments were The Sheraton, The Dulion, and LaSalle apartments (all in the highlands)

I stay at the Park at Hoover. I hate it here lol. I did the same thing and leased without touring my unit. Big mistake but my lease is up in a few months so I’m apartment hunting too. What’s the name of the second and fourth apartment if I can ask?
Girl these places know they can scam lol. I’ve heard soooo many things about The Park At Hoover 🥴🥴🥴 the 4th one was Highland Towers the second one was called The Lasalle building both in the 5 pts south area.
