yes i agree with sonam dolma la we have responsbility to teach our children atleast our language which makes us as tibetan because we have language.now most of us going after dollar n forget language n specially young generations.how we can prove that we are tibetan.recently his holiness karmapa also given very clear advice on our language.only wearing traditional dress cant prove as tibetan.so sad really
So sad the kids with costume don't understand simple Tibetan. First of all, these silly looking costumes are inappropriate. Just wear a simple Tibetan dress and learn to speak Tibetan. I don't understand why everyone is laughing when His Holiness is asking simple questions. Sad sad.

The very essence of his teachings revolve around compassion . Is this how you practice compassion? There is no religion bigger than humanity. And being a good human being is far more important than being a good Tibetan or a good Indian or a good American and so on and so forth.
And he never claimed that too...rather he always says that he is the simple Buddhist monk .. calm down boy, whatever he is doing is for the mankind..his messages are clear that we all should respect all religious beliefs and also non believers as well, cuz after all we are one human on this earth...
