Cold sores are awful and embarrassing, I just got over one above my lip, however, the minute I feel like I’m getting one I use Abreva several times a day until it’s gone. Great stuff. It works for me. You set up what hours you want. I fast for 15-16 hours and then eat whatever I want for 9 hours. I am a night time snacker so this worked for me. Also your girls are right. Cut out all the sugar drinks and drink water. You will feel better too. Love ya
