While doing my KYC, I got to the ID type section, then I minimized the app to chat a friend on whatsapp to confirm which ID type I should select. Upon returning to the app to continue with my KYC, the page had been reloaded and was now displaying the 3/3 phase (liveness check) of the KYC process. Trying to complete the liveness check, I kept getting the error message - “something went wrong” I have tried to call back the previous stage where I left off to seek a friend's advice to no avail, which I think is responsible for the error message being displayed after going on with the liveness check. I have reached out to the support team via almost every available means without a single response from them. Kindly advise on what to do next. Thanks.
