How to reduce Photo size in KB

You need to reduce the size of photos to upload it for online forms specially on government websites. So then in that case there is a restriction to upload a photo with maximum of some kb in size whereas the actual size of photos are in MBs. This issue of reducing the size of photos, scanned documents can be easily done via some website.
To reduce/resize the photo for uploading online, you need to perform the steps as shown in video. You should be able to compress the image file so that size of the image can be reduced.
