  • The OECD Due Diligence Guidance is a document that explains how multinational companies can conduct due diligence while conducting their business activities (either in their own nations) or across borders. It is connected to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, as it is the Guidelines that suggest Multinational Enterprises conduct Due Diligence. The Due Diligence Guidance explains in simple explanatory terms, how companies can follow the guidelines and conduct due diligence while conducting business activities.
In the third video of this series on the OECD Guidelines, NCPs, and Due Diligence, Beata Faracik, the founder of the Polish Institute of Human Rights and Business, Częstochowa, and a Coordination Committee member of OECD Watch (a global network of civil society organisations with more than 130 members in over 50 countries) explains what the OECD Due Diligence Guidance is and how multinational enterprises can conduct proper Due Diligence.
