3. Explaining the OECD Due Diligence Guidance

The OECD Due Diligence Guidance is a document that explains how multinational companies can conduct due diligence while conducting their business activities (either in their own nations) or across borders. It is connected to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, as it is the Guidelines that suggest Multinational Enterprises conduct Due Diligence. The Due Diligence Guidance explains in simple explanatory terms, how companies can follow the guidelines and conduct due diligence while conducting business activities.
