Wedgemount Lake Hike turns into a mini epic for this Senior!

Wedgemount Lake near the town of Whistler, BC is justly renowned both for its rugged beauty and its steep and challenging trail. Do not underestimate its rating, especially if you are an older person and carrying a heavy load like I was. But the pain of lugging my mirrorless camera, a tripod, a Go Pro, spare batteries for both, two gas canisters, food for two nights of camping, a tent, a sleeping bag, bear spray, 2.5 liters of water, a camp chair and all the other stuff one thinks one might need - it was all worth it as you will see in this video!
