Outdoor Adventurous Activity Club dives into adventure - October 2024

This October, students in the Outdoor Adventurous Activity Club (one of our many extracurricular activities on offer!) took part in a full day of aquatic adventures at the Cercle Nautique de Cap d'Ail. The day was packed with activities focused not only on building new skills but also on understanding the importance of preserving our beautiful marine environment.
The programme included: a hands-on session on the marine ecosystem to raise awareness about its conservation and the role we can all play in protecting it, kayaking basics where students learned how to navigate through the water like pros, an exciting introduction to lifesaving techniques to give students valuable skills to act in emergencies, and piloting an underwater scooter, adding an extra thrill and a taste of marine exploration.
This day was more than just fun-it was an inspiring reminder of the power and beauty of nature, and how important it is to take care of our oceans. Thank you to everyone who helped make this unforgettable experience possible!
