Great video. Is lefty judo typically only done by left-handed people? I’m right-handed but only do lefty judo (mostly because of years in boxing/wrestling/MMA, so feels strange to suddenly go southpaw). Thanks!
I'm a wrestler and typically start with left lapel grip and then try to get under/over hook. With that I throw like any righty. Watching this to actually know how to throw left. Travis Stevens also is a righty with a left grip
As a 42 year old Judoka in the UK and a brown belt, I'm switching to left handed due to shoulder injuries but I'm not left footed any tips to help me for future competitions?
As a lefty it’s very hard to find videos for our people. I very much appreciate this video and will incorporate it into my judo!
Coming in clutch for the lefties again Thank you guys!
I love the RvL stuff!
I'm a lefty so domo arrigato Eugene sensei

I'm a righty but for judo, lefty is more natural for me for some odd reason. It just clicks.
Beautiful 🤩
