My last day is the 19th, at the New Moon. I'm unsure of where to go from here but my physical and mental health was suffering working under the severe toxicity. Had to just leave. Having now to wait for my last two weeks to pass. I received a recruiter call out of the blue last evening wanting to speak to me about a remote opp, higher salary. Didn't see this coming at all. She had me submitted for consideration by 7pm. Top company. So, fingers crossed. But as you said about patience, it will take time to secure this next position at whatever company I land. And I'm good with that if it's a few weeks (please god, not months). I need to heal. As for the element of sharing information, I'm am being extremely tight lipped with everyone at my former company. Turned in a wonderful resignation letter. Will send beautiful goodbye emails to a few former colleagues. Then, onward, and hopefully upward. Thank you for this reading, it proved validating.
