I felt the need to comment about the uk weather as I moved back from living in Italy because I couldn’t handle the really hot summers. Now I live in Lincolnshire and so far we’ve had only a handful of rainy days and it’s been really sunny and dry. It does depend on where you live. But I hope you have better weather and quality of life where you are now.

Fantastic accent for an anglophone - I’m anglophone too! Irish. Used to live in Paris. I used to make the mistake all the time - “je suis genée” plutot que “je suis embarassée” 🙂
Dear I don't speak French but I do speak German and English . I love your Australian accent when you speak English. I could listen to you speak all day.
The mixed English and French gave a very Canadian vibe to me! (A Canadian lol) The one thing that stuck out out to me was saying "là" for "here" - I would use that for "there" and say "ici" but I'm not a native Francophone either so my word is not gospel!
I chuckled about the weather in the UK I live in Scotland so had a look out the window, yep it's grey. Good luck on this new chapter can't wait to see more videos. It looks beautiful there.

I a million years old so I don’t know any students in Dijon but it’s definitely a student city. Good places to go out, great infrastructure and apparently good unis. My partner was a student in Dijon but he obviously was a French student.
A commune that certainly has seen it's fair share of destruction. The only one of last four major wars in Europe in where Dijon didn't see itself scared was World War One. And home of my favourite mustard, which goes good with Swedish Meatballs and Beef Stroganov! 😎😎

That confuses me too but it’s definitely je suis là for I am here. I was corrected when I first moved to Paris in 2016. Makes no sense. 😂
