5:51 - 8:53 is the origin that was used as the base for the melody "A Groovy Kind of Love" of Ms C.B. Sager, better known by the fact that this song was sung by Phil Collins. Thank you for posting this.
@@ristovirtanen6396 Mindbenders' version was a cover. The original Groovy Kind of Love was recorded in 1965 by Diane & Annita, previously Bookends group.
@@ristovirtanen6396 No! It was a two-girl group, Diane and Annita, in 1965. M Their singing is cloying, a lovely violin solo saves the day. It's on TH-cam.
I have been running this series by Diane Hidy in order, and thus far have been qu8ite impressed with her stylish renditions, and above all, the completely appropriate tempos, up to this point, that is. In this work, I personally feel that the middle movement, the so called Swiss Air, needs to be taken considerably slower and not rushed in any way, for best effect, despite any tempo marking. The final movement as a consequence can be picked up a notch and go a hair faster; all at least in my opinion.
XD

Her attention to the markings and her cantabile playing make this outstanding.

I learned the first movement (presto) for a competition several years ago and it is amazing how she nails it, perfect tempo and dynamics.
