I have experience with fountain pens and really had a rough time with this one. It is beautiful and a nice weight, but I had a terrible time getting the ink to flow through the pen. And after I had tried all the inks (which are nice colors by the way) I settled on the blue green and did a good page of writing with it. The pen ended up leaking on my fingers from the base of the nib. I’m really sad that for some people this will be their first exposure to a fountain pen. Now it is possible that my pen was defective, so let’s hope others were better. I would love to know what your experience is with it if you try it out.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the fountain pen! I haven't tried it yet, but now I will have to, so I can see what if this particular pen has similar issues as yours.
