Yennefer is more than beauty. She is smart, sharp, straight forward, a great mom to Ciri and one of the most confident people in the entire continent.
If anyone is able to bring all of that into the show, it's Anya. She's the best possible version of Yen I could've ever asked for!

I find it absolutely fascinating that cast are able to elaborate on story, compare characters, items. From all the things actors do, travel, diet, preparation, hours of dressup and endless rehearsals. By the end of the day, actual story is on a whole different level of mental gymnastics. Way to go you two.

In regaards to Ciri, the books do the same as NETFLIX is doing:
In the first two short stories (Season One) Ciri is just a fleeing presence, appearing only once and being mentioned twice.
In Blood of Elves (Season Two) Ciri becomes a character as important as Geralt or Yen.
In Time of Contempt (Season 3) Ciri becomes THE FOCUS of the story
From Baptism of Fire (Season Four) onwards Ciri, whether the haters like it or not, becomes THE MAIN PROTAGONIST of the story, but Sapkowski did not end here!!
No, during her time with the Rats, Ciri is r*ped several times by the GIRL She eventually falls in love with (Haven't You ever asked yourself where the rose tattoo Ciri has in her Inner Tight comes from?), then SHE kills Leo Bonart (The Witcher Killer), survives and escapes The Hunt, kills Rience, convinces her father to let her go and to end the war, SAVES Geralt and Yen from being impaled by an angry mob and in the end leaves The Continent with the help of the Unicorn, ending up in the World of Arthur (THAT Arthur) where is implied that She spends the following years killing monsters, being A Witcher and in a romantic relationship with Galahad!!
If this happens, And We have every reason to believe it will as Lauren always wanted to make Ciri the Main Protagonist, then you all haters must begin to hate and try to cancel Mr. Sapkowski's work as in the 90's HE DID with Ciri what Lauren and NETFLIX are doing with Ciri Now!!!!

@@slowburn2948 People don't seem to know that "the witcher" that the show is named after *is* Ciri. Not Geralt. And believe me, I love Geralt as much as the next person, but Ciri is the titular character and main focus of the story

Freya Allen is one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen. But I can't stand her vacuous party girl personality. It's partially jealousy.. a girl as beautiful as that, you want her for yourself..as a hopeless romantic sort of man would, but you know deep down there's no innocence left in this woman.
