- Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo has instructed the secretary of the commission to lay a charge against former SAA board chairperson Dudu Myeni for ignoring a summons to appear at the commission.

Well said @Kate - standing up for the rights of honest, decent, tax-paying South Africans against the corruption & looting of this woman & her comrades. I would like to know what has happened with her exposing the protected witness & I sincerely hope that the criminal complaint against her for non-appearance is followed up on & DCJ Zondo does not withdraw it!

Mteteleli- it’s not the job of the commission to recover the money. The job is to explain why and how the money was lost, and then make recommendations on how to stop it. As a distant observer it beggars belief to see what the post apartheid political system has allowed to happen, and the way in which the ANC has been part of the looting. I became a citizen post apartheid, voted once, and then emigrated when I saw the trend starting. The commission is well worth it. Zondo and his team should be congratulated on the way in which they’ve presented themselves and the witnesses. The hard work has yet to begin as the corrections are made. Identifying and Getting rid of crooks is a form of pest control that South Africa now has to deal with.
