I'm on the side of buying the pack. If it was like $10 (with more rewards of course), It'd be a harder decision, but for $1. That's just a small thank you to the developers for making a game that's fun to play and a small boost to the account to help you out.
I hope this account will stay as f2p like most people.

As for buying the starter pack, I personally (also pretty new player) wouldnt mind if you got yourself the pack, also I think in the end it's up to you anyways!

I understand wanting to stay F2P. I kept my account F2P until I saw you review the starter pack in a previous video. While I am against giving a gold combo card as a “starter” seeing as how much diamond combos alter the game, I purchased the pack because it was simply a good deal.
I would not mind you purchasing the pack but ultimately it is up to you and how you want to portray your content. The starter pack is meant to make players feel more successful early on so that they avoid a wall for longer. In this way, once the player hits that wall it is at a much higher velocity which creates a bigger insentive to spend more on the game “since they have already spent money on the game before”.
Overall, Little Alchemist is fairly benign when it comes to micro transactions. It’s for this reason that I purchased the pack and would not be against you getting it.
Love your content. It has been very helpful to me in progressing farther in the game. Your advice on changing alchemist types in heroics specifically allowed me to progress from the 4th boss to the 5th boss on a consecutive basis. If you actually read this or read this far, cheers.

Free to play would be ideal but with being able to get onyx goblins it doesn’t really matter. I’m f2p and got miniature from onyx goblin & you got bird so either way we have to figure out things for ourselves when it comes to getting other cards. If you do end up buying the starter pack I think it should be the only pack you purchase until you invest in packs with your gems.

I'd be okay with you buying the pack as long as you dont use the GCC it gives you. I mean, the SCC and BCC are obtainable as F2P. It's fine by me if you only use the gold and save the gems

Great content as always mate, would you still value the event cards like Bear Magus if i already have diamond final form critical cards that are much better?
I'm on my second round of events just finishing the villain event now but i've been consistently dusting those gold FF cards as i have a few packs opened and i have a fused CB aquatic alien, fused CS poison prince, two fused CB Fat king plus a bunch of diamond FF cards that can be fused when i have the dust to spend (Dragon mother, 2x gas mask soldier, king killer).
You’ll need several hundred cards for heroics I would keep them until I’m clearing heroics

I’ve discussed the arena and armory in most of these beginner videos. You are unable to purchase tiebreaker if you did not finish the previous week in masters or above.
hey tapdawg, i was wondering something. now that tiebreaker is in the armory i want to purchase it but it says i need the required rank the previous weeks to purchase it. do u know what that means because ive been stuck on diamond 1 now for the past 2 weeks.
You need to be in masters 1 or above the previous week to purchase arena abilities.

Unfortunately even if you make it into masters 1 or above this week you still would not be able to purchase it. It all depends on placement from the previous week.
hi, i just encountered a bug where all of my gems were used to purchase portal keys and all portal keys have been used, this happened somewhere during playing arena, closing the game, restarting it and claiming the daily reward (day 6)

Why only bear magus and no spaceship? Its also a gold critical strike card with the same stats as bear magus
I only have 1 copy of spaceship. I’ll fuse it when the space event repeats for me.

I’ve explained in several videos how to play on PC. Bluestacks 5 - pi.64 version is what you can use.
The starter pack is a nice deal but I wouldn't buy it, it's basically a seal of approval that says "your account is 100% F2P", I get the counter-argument about losing days, but other people also do that, not everyone can play daily lol

you shouldn't farm bosses for the cards. Its best to farm dr robo and buy basic boxes or you'll get wizard from the silver goblins

im f2p, i have 60 gems, for which pack i should save the gems to buy at the store? or should i just use it on portal keys?
You want to save until you have 400+ gems and spend them on a premium pack. Never purchase portal keys - you get those for free.

If this account is made as a guide to show players what to do then I think you should keep at F2P no matter what, not everyone will be able to buy the pack and some players will try to do everything you do to get where you are in the future with this account as F2P players.
It is very normal that life happens and you cant get to play all the time and like you I also only play this at home on my PC.
When I do get to the point where you are at in this video I will look back at it and the other videos you will make to see if I am on the right path or if I need to work harder to get to where you are at because this is my first time playing so I will want to know if I am doing good or bad on my account but adding another factor (the starter pack) to the mix will for sure mess up all comparison.

Id skip the pack, lots of people miss days so many accounts starting the same time as you did would have also missed days
This game is more greedy and grindy than all EA games ever, I can't believe how hard it is for new f2p players to make progress, and the rewards overall are pretty trash
I’m not sure that your statement is accurate. Half of the top 10 accounts in game are free to play.
@LilAlchemistHelper on my old account I was free to play for almost 8 months, when I discovered the game I immediately liked it, it was a bit grindy even at the beginning, having only 1 slot for fusion, but then the game glitched at the portal trials or whatever it was. I found out this was very common bug in the game, basically for 7 months I accomplished 5-10% of the total game (cards found and combos discovered)
