I think junk rat is one of the laziest characters in this game to get kills with. Literally nothing about him feels hard.
That's really debatable, sure you can spam choke and get some easy kills, but when you get higher ranked and you have people willing to counter pick (Pharah/Echo for example), the difficulty increases. He's a niche character and learning the ins and outs past the spam to win strat makes him less lazy.
