- We have been living in Leeds for the past 6 months. I want to show you some cool places and why Leeds is the best city for living in the UK. Enjoy!
Compared with other cities, Leeds is a bit smaller in the city centre, but it has a lot to offer, many beautiful parks, independent shops and restaurants. The best is the people 💕they are super friendly and honest. I had many good experiences with people here than in London. I feel very welcome and respected. Let me know what you think. 😊

I have lived in Leeds for 5 years. I love Leeds. I have moved to Las Vegas. One of the downsides living in Leeds was/is air quality.

Leeds has changed a lot, with loads of new cafes, restaurants, and events popping up every week! The air quality seems pretty good to me, it has more nature bits than other cities I lived in.

I was moved out of the area as a 10 year old many years ago. Old enough to have a good memory imprint of it and still feel Yorkshire though. Haven't been back in a while, but intend to get a place there when my wife and I can loosen the work commitments. Been in the Toronto, CAN area ever since. It was good decades ago but I would not recommend. Urban sprawl, sea of high rise condominiums but no equal growth in transit, world class SUV gridlock, astronomical housing and rental prices, restaurants/bars. Basically expensive mediocrity. Great video of Leeds, Claudia! I remember roundhay park but I'm sure it's even nicer nowadays. :)

Hey Claudia, thank you for this video! I've been living in Manchester for the last 8 months and am absolutely hating it haha. I've been thinking about moving to Leeds, how would you rate it compared to other cities in the UK? And would you recommend it for someone who doesn't drink? Thanks :)
Thank you so much for your support. It all depends, I think Leeds is a good place if you enjoy nature and parks or independent shops. I lived in London, Manchester and Brighton before but chose to stay in Leeds now.

42k will be seen as a decent wage in Leeds. It will go a lot further than living down south
Yes I would think so Leeds is more affordable for rent compared to south living in the center. Also loads of nature and peace 😊 I like it here

I found Manchester massively overated and much prefer Leeds as for York it’s scenic but claustrophobic, but each to their own
