My husband went to china in 2001.we were in Pune those days. He observed the same.. that there is a wide variety of vegetables in China..More then what we get in India.(in those days).Now we get a lot more variety. Indians can easy survive with so many vegetables available.

India being an important part of Asia with long history and influences on China's regions, it should be presented.
There are actually quite a number of Indians in China making TH-cam videos. It's just that they are not always easy to find. I've watched a number of them. (But I guess I shouldn't drive traffic away from Ruchi's channel by putting those other Indian TH-camrs' links here. But you can try to find them if you like)
Thanks to scientific and professional agricultural industry,and diversity of China's natural conditions. Fresh food ingredients are not as expensive as you might expected. About 3 dollar can have a decent meal in restaurant. And it's cheaper if you buy them at the farmer's market and cook at home
Ruchi you should put your seatbelt on, some of the traffic cameras could high-resolution pictures and automatically detect that you have the seatbelt on or not. The fine is quite expensive., haha~

Mahi p yes try it. You need to get hold of sichuan peppersa and it is spicy with red chillies too. Otherwise it won’t taste that good. But if you make it right, it will be the tastiest thing ever
