Ive had this. Went to see my urologist. He tested my pee for any signs of bacteria. There were none. The symptoms I had was irritation on tip of my penis and the urge to urinate all the time. My penis opening was slightly red on the inside. No discharge, No burning, and no pain when i urinated. The irritation was annoying but not painful. I was given Levafloxin which seemed to help but didn't complety resolve it. It went on for 7 months. Finally I asked my doctor to switch antibiotics from levafloxin to doxycycline. The doxycycline did the trick. It completely resolved it in a week. Everything is back to normal and its completely gone. Doxycycline twice a day 100mg for 7 days.
I take doxycycline 100 mg but didn't work, don't know what to do

Twice a day... 7 days but sometimes 14 days. After I finished the antibiotics, I still had the symptoms but they went completely away a week later.
I take it for 14 days but last night I masterbate and the burning sensation occurred very high and I feel very pain, 😭 I don't know what medicine will work 😭

I had a burning pee but it went away from just drinking water in a few days ... Was my uti Minor ? Or was it even uti at all ?

@@gabrielmolina419 for males and females uti's are different because we have a urethra so the pain verys. But for the boy it most definitely hurts so bad because are whole entire urethra swells up.
Where is the penis swollen? I have just alittle swelling at the pee hole, no pain at all

Went in to dr bc thought I had uti “was sexually active with multiple partners no protection” dr said I had minor infection but thought sti was the cause of it. Started me on antibiotics immediately took the test after 3 days. Symptoms persisted stinging sensation in urethra accompanied by discharge, painful urination. Started on doxycycline after 4 days symptoms gradually got better. Test came back negative for all stds. Any clue what it could be. I still have very minimal pain after I finish urinating
What type of test did you get to diagnose this?
Same here buddy. No STDs or STIs detected. I was having the burn and some drip for one day. Went to the ER they gave me a shot and prescribed me doxycycline as well. The drip is slowly going away since this morning and about 12 hours later it is down to a very minimal. Any clue on what had happened or what should happen next? I have not got my blood test yet. I know my urine was very dark in color, smells like popcorn and at some points before all of this happened it was very cloudy. Doctor suspected it might have been gonorrhea or chlamydia. Negative on both. How are you doing now? How long did your symptoms last or are they still there? Is it safe to have sex? I mean I'll wait for the drip to end LOL. I gave a urine culture
@@southbay281 I had to test for ureaplasma and mycoplasma before I was diagnosed. Mine got painful af to the point where I could barely piss. I was on dozy and azithromycin. Healed in about a 1 month. Took long bc I was letting it go without going to dr. Can’t have sex till 7 days after finishing antibiotics. Id recommend treating which ever girl ur having sex with too.

@@curesometimes no...turns out to be that i have a trichomoniasis infection for 2 and a half years now that did not go away with metronidazole... so im stuck with it... d anxiety about it has died down... but it still kinda bothers me knowing its there... never tried an alternative medication tho.

I just tested positive for Mycoplasma genitalia. It burns my pee so bad, even after taken AZO and 3 or 4 pills of Doxycycline. When will I feel better ? Help please!!! I felt this after sex with this girl. I did it raw !!! She said she’s clean smh.

Yo i think i might have this one instead of UTI 😔 I've been taking a wrong meds i think... Because the symptoms are the same as UTIs, whenever I masturbate or pee, the burning sensation is still there, i got checked for gonorrhoea and other things but none to be seen. Pee, blood and discharge from my penis but yup, totally clean, but that didn't explain the white spot in my urethra. It looks like an ulcer and it still here after i took all of my meds for a week... 😔

I'm deadass worried still idk what to do but thanks for checking up really. I'll try to go to the clinic after the quarantine at my place ended.

I didnt have sex and im a virgin yet my urethra is swollen.
I have it for almost a week now. It's getting better, the burn is gone, the itch if fading and less trips to the toilet. I can even basturmate now without any pain.
What I did is drink A LOT of water, Pee A LOT, take antibiotics(I took amoxicillin, the only antibiotic I can get. Others use doxycyline) and always make your pp clean and dry. Refrain having sex or beating your meat.
Drinking tea helped me as well, it has anti-inflammatory properties and fiber to have better clear urine.
I didnt went to any doctor because my case is just a chemical urethritis or some form of UTI, soap entered my pp and the rest is history.
