The War takes place in the Middle Ages. Somewhere between around 800 and 1200AD. This places the timeframe between the War and Frisk at 800-1200 years. Eight humans fell underground. Seven between the War and Frisk. This places Chara's likely fall somewhere around 1/8th of the way between the War and Frisk, but there IS a little room for deviation. Which means she's legal alright, but sadly is just dead (which sucks). If I could revive her I would be so happy, to spend the rest of my days as a practice dummy for her, that would be a dream come true.
