Hey bro bipolar 2 here and you channel is really insightful to watch. Fully relate to u and ur journey as I have had many experiences with hypomanic episodes which always started fun but ended with me not sleeping for more than 3/4 hours a night and being so agitated I wanted to hurt people. I have always suffered more with the severe depression which is scary and I also have rapid cycling so only certain meds help me. Luckily I am on right meds and keeping as stable as possible! Keep doin what ur doin 💪🏻
