I would say so @Md Iqbal. I interpret this song as the artist having a conversation with himself regarding his feelings for a woman that hurt him. The word "sound" used throughout the track is essentially serving as the feeling he gets when he thinks and longs for the woman who hurt him. The sound in the video is the wind in which she has summoned and is serving as "her sound" that he is hearing/feeling: "When that old wind blows.. I heard a fevered 'sound" that stayed with me, forever" --> (When the feelings/thoughts of the woman he was hurt by start to come back, he's reminded of the pain that has stayed with him forever). "And it calls on me, a beacon when I'm at sea, and if this runs aground we're all in it together". (However, the feeling serves as a guidance for when he is lost in life and he feels as if he should return back to her). He continues to be directed by the wind, "her sound" (his thoughts/feelings about her) throughout the video until he reaches her towards the end and then gives her the rose. At this point, he has found it in him (after journeying through the woods through much contemplation) to return back to her and profess his love. The end , in my opinion, sends the strongest message in terms of how so many of us feel dead or frozen in this case after a love has been lost . The extended ending should have been included. Although my idea for how the music video would have followed is ridiculous. The entire valley collapsing into the Frozen ground beneath it. An epic display of destruction and at the very end of it, the rose in perfect condition, growing from the debris.
