Beautiful scenery, great hunt. Eastern Cape? The missus and I hunted Limpopo recently for our first safari. She went from "not a hunter at all" to by the 5th day decided she wanted to get behind a rifle. The zebra hunt for her was not successful, but now she's hooked. Just bought her a Ruger #1 375, cuz I know after she gets her zebra, kudu, and nyala she's going to want a buffalo to go along with them. I'd let her use my 9.3x62, but the butt stock is just too long for her, and I spent a lot of money on the stock so it would fit me.
@@AfricanSafariFilms 🤣 We were about due north of Thabazimbi, right on the Botswana border about a mile from where the Crocodile and Marico become the Limpopo, very flat. The toothpick thorns behind your PH and female client at 10:22 really brought back the memories. The acacias up where we were cut me to ribbons, was the most fun I've ever had in my life. If there are no hardships to be suffered, it isn't an adventure at all. If you guys are coming to HSCF in January, I'll look for your booth.
The first woman that gut shot the zebra at 240 yards is unfortunate. As soon as she positioned the rifle on the sticks so the barrel was resting on the front support, I knew she was an inexperienced shooter and I anticipated a poor shot. She did not take her time and rushed the shot.
Her PH repositioned her and yep, she pushed left. But admittedly with her zebra stepping towards the one in front to the right, there wasn’t a lot of shoulder to see. BTW, what distance did you take your zebra at?
Axe bullets only sell 1 bullet thats legal for dangerous game. How can you be an African Bullet manufacturer, that only makes small caliber bullets, when legally you need .375 or above? I only have 1 firearm under .375, and its my. 308 deer gun. I just dont get it
You would think with a channel by that name that just maybe you would know something about bullets but looks like it's only for show. AXE Bullets manufactures and sells bullets starting as small as a .223 going up to a .505 Next time before you decide to criticize someone I would suggest you get your facts straight.
@@berrievanniekerk3359 Not trying to start anything, I'm looking at Axe's "shop now" page and the largest I see is 375. Do they have a custom shop for the rest? Like Hammer Bullets, looks like their bullets are Cu bar stock turned on a lathe. No complaints about Hammer, mind. I have some for my son's 9.3x62 and a 308, and my best friend has a lights-out load with Hammers for his 280AI. I'd considered Hammer for my 404J, but I already have a couple hundred DGX bonded, and they work fine.
Im not too sure about the website as i just order mine directly from them. Their website has clearly not been updated as they offer much more caliber options then what is actually listed on the website. If you actually see the AXE advertisement in the video you would see them loading a 458 Lott round@smokedbrisket3033
My wife 😍 is a much better trapper than me. She don't like to shoot much but with traps she ist the queen. And she ist the chief of the kitchen and of all the tasty meat I carry home!!!
