You probably don't know the shortcuts probably. It was just in front of that wall, just jump on the boxes and cross the wall. 01:45 go slightly left beyond those boxes.
you can easily get out from initial base by killing only that sniper at watch tower and by climbing those containers without killing anyone or destroying camers
