Really enjoyed this video!! Please continue with this very important information for all of us, and when you approve info on how we may purchase too! But I do agree with you and the hand position for your clients, when using the dust collector! Makes perfect sense!! Love you both and thanks again!!❤🇺🇸👍🏻🙏
I'm not a nail tech but it's great that you did a review of these products and gave them your honest opinion. Sounds like you gave some good advice as well!👍🏻😊
So much good info! Being just a self-taught home user, I rely a lot on creators like you for information that I don't have or even know that I need. I knew that the wavelength of a lamp and whatever product you're trying to cure need to be compatible but i didn't know where to find that info. But now I know! Such a handy informative video, thank you so much! And let Patryk play with the lamps 😅😅😅
The second nail lamp will be much easier to keep clean and sanitized in a studio setting. There seems to be quite a lot of dust on your left sleeve. Have you ever tried the nova flair dust collector? Very powerful but quiet at the same time.
Just Googled it. It dosnt have hand rest and for my hands it is very important to take away the client hand weight of my hand, wrist, shoulder and neck. I find the one (very old one) I have is the comfiest one as relive all pressure from my hand due to it shape. They are really good dust extractors in the market (really powerful ones) but all of them do not have a hand rest. I work with mask to minimise dust inhalation and use my old fashion dust collector 🙈
Dorota, I just bought an amazing looking dust collector, it has a hand rest, curing light, light on top for good vision, a drill attachment & A FOOT PEDAL! I cant wait for it to arrive, its a complete nail station, 6 in one. If everything works as it should & works well, I will let you know & give you a link if you like?. It was very reasonably priced as well at $89AU
Hi Dorota, I know you said that you were looking for a dust collector that had a support for the clients wrist and the right hight for you. I have seen on Aliexpress with what looks like what your after. It's make is Yokefellow and is a reasonable price.
Very informative video. I purchased a lamp similar to the purple ombré unfortunately it turned on then after trying again to turn on wouldn’t work. Interested in seeing how it holds up. Also you you mentioned about over curing, I’ve wondered if that is possible and if you do what does it do and look like? Maybe another video? Anyway thanks for sharing your knowledge with others, it shows your a great teacher and wonderful person to do so. Lot of love❣️💗🌻🦋
Yes it is possible to overcure product. Nails become yellow, britle. It is even possible to do an actual nail bed burn. When it comes to lasting time I would say it is very tricky. I actually recorded video today with Raashi where I mention that issue (regarding E-file lasting time) should be out next week 😁
Hi Dorota, we typically use Watts here in the US so I had to google and 48 watts is equal to 365-405nm. This is what my current LED lamp is rated at. Thanks for the info. Btw..used one of your videos to do my xmas nail art. Thanks for all the content you provide. I am sub'd and watch daily.
Yes nanometers are very important it tells you what product you can cure in that lamp. Our range requiring radiation values between 365-400 nanometer. If lamp operate on 365-380 nanometers range it will only cure uv gels but not Led/Uv gels as photoinitiators in that products start activating in that range..Photoinitiators are explicitly designed to absorb specific wavelengths of UV or visible light, often between 300-400 nm, depending on the formulation. For example: Type I Photoinitiators may peak around 365 nm. Type II Photoinitiators may use light energy around 400 nm to activate co-initiators Both the intensity and the wavelength range need to be correct for proper curing to occur. Hope that helps
That's a good way to see what products work. I was taught you have to use the manufacturer lamp to cure their products so have never tried these lamps. Always paid for the expensive ones Thanks Darota
Mnufacturers test their lamps with their products to ensure everything works perfectly together. There testing is definitely more accurate with proper equipment. It’s the safest way to avoid issues like under-curing and that’s why so many professionals prefer sticking with the manufacturer’s lamp. That said, if you really know your products and understand how lamp specifications like wavelength and power output affect curing, you *can* match products to other lamps successfully. It just takes extra research and testing to make sure it’s a good fit. Also please take in to consideration that if lamp cure one system it dosnt mean it will work with other product. Any issues like lifting, heat spike, colour residue on top coat brush, wrinkling, blocked efile bit (product been not cured properly), yellowing etc will indicated problems with the lamp.
Ahh and one more thing that one can be dangerous. Sometimes lamps cure product on top but not inside. It is very misleading. Make sure product is cured all the way
Hi❤Dorota Patrick thank you 😊 I've now come to realise why the colours are wrinkly!!! I keep on getting extremely 😢about it! Even though it's a 148watt it's all too do with the nano things 😅I have a spare curing machine will have to read instructions so very helpful thank you 😊 thank you 😊 🙏 XOXO ❤️
Awesome review! Maybe you can create a powerful dust collector with a hand rest and bling... look into it😊
Ohh that would be awesome 😁
@dorotapalicka That's right! I really hope you create it!
Yes please more like this ❣

They do! Taifun T3 Desktop Dust Collector.
But why wouldn’t you just build one into your table and add a simple arm rest for your clients?
Love it♥️ I have the large white one and I’m loving it and I’ve tested it with everything👍 loving the space inside☺️
Holy cow! I have those same 2 lamps! 😆
That was fun!🥰
Thank you so much 🌹♥️😘
Please do dust collectors review!

@@dorotapalickathat’s a brilliant info ❤
Is it 48 watt?
@@dorotapalicka thanks I'll be definitely keeping all that in mind

I found best are 36 watt or 48watts lamps. Never get the black ones as they do not reflect light.
