I'm so glad that Tyrone finally told Fiz about what was going on with Kirsty. The look of shock on her face as he told the entire story about the abuse was brilliant, they have been friends for a longtime and he trusts Fiz completely. I think that's what started their relationship, both of them were married to people who lied and broke their hearts. Now that Tyrone is in a difficult situation it's good to have the support of friends who you can count on.
This storyline is brilliant, it brings to light that even though most ppl think that most domestic abuse cases are where the man is the offender when it is actually 50/50 split. Its shows that how that even though men are seen as the 'stronger' sex these things can still happen.

it certainly does because the problems involved in playing such a part is the way the public takes it all to heart. they cant separate natalie from kirsty who are 2 completely different people kirsty is the character played by natalie gumede but people will have seen her away from the set and give her lots of abuse etc and i bet she is lovely in real life.
To be fair Kirsty needs to get professional help and calm down because in the years ahead when Ruby gets older she will soon figure out what her mother has been doing to Tyrone as I felt sorry for him having to cope with all that hurt she has put him through. Tyrone is the best character in coronation street.
