BUT when crafting, the game will use your current cap, not your actual level... So if your proficiency is 200, but you have no skill, the game will asume you're at level 50 when crafting.
Quick question if I ignore the other stats and I focus on tec and dex would my character be able to fight and defeat monsters? Reason of I ask is because I see lots of playeros with the minimum points on the other stats

Ppl state that they sometimes affect Attck base result
Do proficiency affect fill stat?
the material cost for fill stat is reduced based on the level of prof , the higher your prof the less material it will cost

use mage and go to quest "infester" in garden of beginning (green npc) , you can get 15 mill exp with that quest
