Also here’s a suggestion, when you wash your face with your cleanser don’t rub it in with your hands before you put it on your face because instead of cleansing your face completely you’re just washing your hands then all that bacteria from your hands is being applied so instead put some cleanser on the tips of your fingers and place on your face and rub it in , after you rub it in a bit then you can go in with your hands. Also drink a lot of water (not saying you don’t ) your water intake needs to be at least 1.5 liters everyday minimum. Also massaging your face with a lotion can help as it circulates your blood circulation(helps with rejuvenation ) . I would also recommend going to dermatologist so they can tell you SPECIFICALLY what your skin needs. Love you so much nat i know that you’ve always complained about having acne so i hope this helps. ❤

Oh I actually do know why it’ll go bad when you put food away hot!! Essentially if there’s any steam, it’ll create condensation as it cools (which if you have ever opened a container and seen like water droplets in it, that’s what it’s from). Bacteria thrives in moisture, so that bacteria will start to grow there :)
