Christian band or not y’all’s music and messages have helped me stay closer to god y’all carried me through 7yrs total of being in prison, thank guys and God bless
You are either in darkness or in light. There's no gray area. No amount of human thought or philosophy can make that area exist. We can deceive ourselves, but we are just created beings. God stablished how things should be and we either follow and submit to Him or we rebel against Him. The few songs I've heard from them are really good. I had hear they were Christians, but it wasn't clear. They might be nominal Christians, those who were born in a family that went to church, but nothing more. Hope they realize that Christ and His salvation is eternal and every other thing will pass away.
Almost everyone here has misunderstood that Josh Lovelace means they aren't a Christian band in terms of genre, but their faith does inform their music (their lyrics make continue to make that clear). Just came home from a NTB concert tonight and Bear explicitly shared about God's love for people. So....
So sad when people use Christianity to get what they want, and then when they achieve, they deny their Christianity. Very disappointed in NTB, just removed them from my playlists. Goodbye.
What? They never said that. They don’t call themselves a Christian band because they won’t be able to get their Christian message across on secular platforms. Actually, listen.
@@WHSuperman2005really so denying Christ or marginally saying your some sort of Christian connected to the Christian message? Your either saved or not saved your either a follower of Jesus and you obey him or your not a Christian.
I love the older Christian music of Needtobreathe. It was special and connected listeners to an amazing relationship with Jesus. Their older stuff was anointed and transcended just good music. The newer stuff is missing what set them apart in the beginning. I really miss the older stuff.
Been listening to Alisa Childers podcast and John Cooper's podcasts on their being no accountability in CCM industry. Because, really, that is what it is, an industry. Most of the record labels are not even Christian.
Many will fall away. This is sad are used to love need to breathe. What point is there to music if it does not glorify the one who made it. And if you’re not pointing to the gospel. People need salvation we all do. But as with all other Christian artist most of them anyways like Lauren Daigle they sing great music and they turn from the faith once the riches come

I dont think NEEDTOBREATHE can be NEEDTOBREATHE without Jesus at the center of it.

I still play the old stuff. They can keep the pagan new stuff.

I literally bought tickets to see them.... Thursday...
That just happened to us. Don't go. It's not worth it. Resell them

Wait did she turn away from Christian music?
You aren’t even listening to him.
Money doesn’t satisfy the soul
Connect to the Christian story? What does that even mean?
Sell outs
How?

That really makes me saddd are y’all at least Christian’s??
What are you talking about?
@@WHSuperman2005are they at least followers of Jesus if they’re denying him as the face of they’re music and message
You're either in or out.
They played in churches starting out and used it to get popular, then left it behind when they did.
Disappointed
