Oh Sammy, i hope you're feeling better (cause the vertigo thing) it's horrible, when i was younger i used to have those episodes of vertigo, they were so bad that i couldnt get out of bed cause i'd throw up inmediatly :(.

From my own experience I can only recommend that you accept that your skin might become a real issue once you go off the pill. I myself had flawless skin all my life, never dealt with breakouts whatsoever. After going off the pill a year ago though, my skin became so so bad and I've dealt with acne ever since. It's slowly starting to get better, which feels very rewarding. However, there's not really anything that you can do in this situation. Even by eating a healthy diet, exercising, supplementing and establishing a healthy skin care routine, it is not guaranteed that it will change and I've had multiple gynaecologists tell me that all I can do is wait. They also said that it will most likely be gone after two years. Good luck on your journey xx

You have down turned eyes so I feel like concentrating the lashes toward the ends of your eyes make your eyes droop even more. Don’t get me wrong, you look gorgeous with it without lashes but maybe try out a different style of lash extensions. Perhaps concentrate them more toward the middle of your eye.

I went from a high dose pill to a low dose pill, my skin is generally great. I only ever get 1/2 spots when I’m due my period. A week after changing the pill I did break out a lot around my chin but that was the 1st and last time it happened. I think your body reacts to the change of hormones but you easily adjust to it! Hope it works well for you xx
you should look into getting an iud if that's something you're interested in! i got mine over a year ago and i feel so good, i haven't noticed any side effects and i don't have to worry about taking a pill on time every day.

Sammny I totally feel your pain with the vertigo :( I developed a condition called Ménière’s disease at few years ago and it’s main symptom are vertigo, ringing in the ears and gradual deafness (in one ear) I Truly believe I got this because I was super stressed so please take care :) I was fobbed off my doctors and given antibiotics etc before I got diagnosed so if it happens again push back ! :) also I’m not on the pill because in short.....it makes me not myself .. best thing I ever did :) xxxx

Hey Sammy loved the video! In regards to the pill, I also hated how it made me feel and how it affected my hormones/skin so I recently got a copper iud and I love it! It’s completely non hormonal and last 5 years ( I think I paid $70 so long term it’s cheaper than the pill) not a lot of people are aware of it but I think it’s great so just thought I’d tell you!
got one as well, gold iud! I am as happy as i can be. Took the pill for 7 years and i'm so glad i changed to the iud. Feeling like a normal hooman again :D
I've eaten the Protein World Slender Porridge for almost a year and it is YUMMY! Personally, my fave is the chocolate. They used to have a maple syrup flavor that wasn't very good IMO but they no longer have it.

I also switched to a low hormone pill over a year ago! I was told it could cause acne but should get better within a few month of taking it. I had acne all over my face, chest, back and shoulders for over a year, as soon as one spot disappeared another would pop up. I came off it in Jan and I'm still waiting for my skin to go back to normal lol like I'm not sure if this acne has just became part of me now or what. The only bonus of the low hormone pill was that it stopped my periods completely x
