Yes, Angela Levin speaks with compassion. She is clearly saddened to see ' the man he has become' because she interviewed him in happier times.

Part of Harry's speech was a copy from William's speech in Scotland in May 2021, talking about how he found peace and solace in Scotland after his mother died. Harry (or his wife) just changed "Scotland" for "Africa".

Just watched the Body Language Guy's take on all that hand grabbing. He kept pushing her away, she kept grabbing. She did it 3 times. At the end, he was desperately trying to engage in conversation with the man nxt to him, so she rubbed his back, several times to stop him. At the very end, tho Harry was still trying to talk to the man nxt to him, she stood up & rubbed his back to tell him "That's enough". He had no choice but to leave. So scary. I've heard Americans r into basements. Wonder if that's where he's kept when she gets him home. Such abnormal behaviour.

Your comment contains a lot of very good points. Many people have assumed that the RF treated Diana badly, but as you so rightly say, the Queen was actually more than generous to Diana, and after the divorce she allowed her complete freedom to live her life as she wished, while at the same time allowing her to reside within the palace walls and royal circle.
Meghan never understood the non-political stance of the Crown, because in the US, all the elite (even Hollywood elite) are always connected in some way (either as endorsers, or financial donors) to the governing political party. The most important person in the US is the President, and he embodies either one political party or the other, and MM sees this as the normal status quo.
She has no tolerance for any person or political view other than that of the Dem Pty, and made this painfully clear when she was in the UK. (E.g. she refused to be in the same room with President Trump, which was a ridiculous stance for any senior member of the RF to take; because the RF has a "diplomatic role", it is their duty to welcome every Head of State on an official visit to the UK, whether they personally like them, or approve of them, or not. It was a childish "stamping of her foot", and typical of her selfish, brat-like approach to her "senior royal position".
You are correct in saying the RF works for the UK "above the divisiveness of politics", and this sense of unity ( ... i.e. showing every citizen the same respect, regardless of their political views ...) is essential to the nationally-unifying function of the Crown. This was something MM could never understand (or if she could, it was of no use to her, considering the path she planned for herself on returning to California!)

He has never looked more miserable than since marrying Meghan Markle, quite understandable as he’s without a support system, being estranged from his family and friends - as are his children with no extended family connections on either side, and with a spouse who encourages his victimhood and perpetual despair.
