when i approached the car i was able to hear over the bluetooth that he was attempting to call someone. It rang like 2 more times before going to voicemail. So the call was made seconds before impact. He was unresponsive, we believed he was dead on impact. @@boofert.washington2499

She tries to lock it away in the back of her mind but it surfaces once or twice a month and it’s hard, it’s hard to watch cause all I can do is try and comfort her but I can never take those visions from her mind. It’s kinda similar to what we see in war as a military member

The coroner has to pronounce him dead and since the coroner wasn't at the scene of the accident he was transported by ambulance to a hospital where a coroner will pronounce him deceased.
He still had a week pulse, that is why he was placed in an ambulance . He expired in the ambulance. If you have no pulse in the vehicle , they just cover you with a blanket until the coroner arrives. ID you die in the ambulance the doors are closed anyway , while the coroner arrives
Yes they should use the women cops to do this type of processing work and have the men get back to the field. I mean leave a couple men behind to make sure the women don't completely screw it up.

Showing off to his friends while going round the roundabout at speed i would say judging by the damage to the front and rear of the car he either hit something else or the car was flipped at high speed and dropped back down to its wheels damage to the tree shows that he hit the left side of the tree due to the damage to the tree....

It would be very difficult for safety sense to stop the guy from speeding in a 25, and hopping the curb to then fly end over end until hitting the tree. He had to be doing at least 60-80mph here.
