Nope you can't, you can check the house sign of d9. Because house is only seen in d1 chart.

my darakara planet is mars in sag mula in the 2nd house. But mars is also my chart ruler and sun dispositor since im a scorpio asc and aries sun. So i suppose people i encounter and love prospects going to be a reflection of me and my values? its interesting that my first love was a girl i wasnt that attracted to (because she was the 1st woman i had ever been attracted to and she was a mid masc lesbian) but she had the same values as me and i saw myself in her, i wanted to be confident and out and proud like her. Now it makes sense why it took me so long to get over her, also she had moon-mars-ketu conjunction mula so being like her felt like a past life thing, i felt VERY comfortable w her as if i knew her from a long time ago. We also started hanging out because she noticed i always bought hot cheetos and her way of approaching me was to buy a huge bag of cheetos and ask me to watch a movie w her, i didnt even know her name or who she was but i thought she was so nice and thoughtful i said yes, our relationship was def influenced by food and us criticizing catholism (both 2nd house and sag themes) and i also have ketu in the 2nd house.
